Sabre Leek is the founder of Sleek Consulting LLC with more than 20 years of direct consulting experience working with higher education institutions, non-profits, and healthcare across the country.  Sabre’s background includes 25 years of experience in fundraising operations including Director and Executive Director level positions.  Sleek Consulting is a partner with Salesforce.com and Salesforce.org focusing on Salesforce implementations.  We have extensive experience with Advancement and supporting the legacy systems such as Banner, Millennium, Raiser’s Edge and Advance so we don’t need to learn the system or fundraising business processes in Discovery.  Our goal is to move your organization forward.

Amanda Viehman

Vice President of Operations

Amanda Viehman is the vice president of operations for Sleek Consulting, where she oversees the delivery of QSS implementations including scheduling client sessions, managing configuration requests, and facilitating client questions and needs in the data conversion. Prior to joining Sleek Consulting, Amanda spent over 10 years in nonprofit fundraising, most recently as the Director of Research and Relationship Management at Rollins College. She is a certified Project Management Professional and Agile practitioner.

Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Jason Long began working in Advancement at his alma mater, Western Michigan University, in 2011 and oversaw alumni communications, advancement services, gift processing, and web user experience as the Associate VP of Advancement Operations. He led the WMU Advancement transition from legacy data systems to Salesforce in 2018 with attention to improving processes, maximizing return on investment, and minimizing change management needs. As a certified Salesforce Administrator, Jason has experience in leveraging the CRM platform to increase donor participation through collaboration and personalized user experience for online giving, event registration, community development, and marketing outreach. Jason is committed to process improvement and data automations that allow advancement professionals to focus on productivity rather than managing tasks.
Peter Lienhard

Vice President of Technology

Peter Lienhard has been working in Advancement since 2003, leading higher education teams in various roles including Director. He is a regular speaker at CASE and has received several industry awards.  Peter is a certified Salesforce Administrator and has extensive technical experience.  Mr. Lienhard’s expertise extends to security, reporting, dashboards, artificial and business intelligence tools, data validation, database management, configuration, script development, SQL programming, and virtually all aspects of technical implementation.  Peter has an intimate understanding of the Advancement industry and applies this knowledge to all of the development work that he oversees.  His genuine nature is appreciated by the Sleek customers and they often specifically ask for his involvement.

Sophie Elmo, the driving force behind many of Sleek Consulting’s nonprofit and education-focused Salesforce customizations, is not your typical product manager. With an RV as her office, a trusty dog, and two blind pet rabbits as co-pilots, she’s on a mission to bring efficiency and innovation to the nonprofit world. Armed with an MBA in data analytics and a collection of certifications that would make anyone’s head spin, Sophie combines her love for adventure with her passion for tech, proving that work can be both impactful and delightfully unconventional. So, whether she’s crafting engaging communications or crafting code, Sophie’s dedication to excellence shines through in everything she does.

She currently serves as Business Manager, with an exceptional work ethic and uncanny ability to multi-task. Linda’s extensive experience in customer service, workflow optimization, cost assessment, and strategic team building have been instrumental in providing excellent personnel management skills for the team.

Sabre Leek is the founder of Sleek Consulting with more than 19 years of direct consulting experience working with higher education institutions and non-profits across the country.  Ms. Leek’s background includes 25 years of experience in fundraising operations including Director and Executive Director level positions. Sabre specializes in supporting the needs of fundraisers and implementing complex and multi-software systems utilizing a Best Practices approach.  The implementation support includes reports and data entry audits and analysis, data mapping and data integrity, automating departments and processes, reengineering business processes, and providing direct support for organizations with changing needs and personnel.  Sabre Leek and the senior consultants working with Sleek Consulting have created customized solutions for more than 150 small, medium and large higher educational and non-profit organizations over the past fifteen years.

Sophie Elmo is the QSS Product Manager for Sleek Consulting LLC. As the product manager, she is responsible for maintaining the quality, consistency, and integrity of the Sleek QSS packages. She is a double alum of DeSales University in Pennsylvania, where she graduated with honors for both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration. Her MBA concentration was data analytics, and she enjoys taking a thoughtful and analytical approach to everything she does. Before coming to Sleek, Sophie spent time working in advancement services doing everything from gift processing, to reporting, to prospect research. When she’s not working with clients, learning something new, or formalizing business processes and documentation, she can probably be found reading a book, playing video games, or vacuuming up seemingly endless amounts of rabbit and dog fur off her RV floor.
