We are brand new to Salesforce, having been on a legacy system for more than 30 years. After using Sleek for our successful implementation, we needed further help to get up and running. We are an independent boarding school with a very small tech team, none of whom are versed in Salesforce or in Apex. It was on us (there are only two of us!) to navigate our way and to be able to function. Sleek held our hands throughout the process…helping us to learn reports and the ins and outs of gift entry. We had weekly calls and tons of email exchanges. They know their stuff. I don’t know what we would have done without them.
